Is the free plan a trial?
No. The dashboard is free to use and stays free, at any revenue. There is no time limit, no card required, and we do not switch it off after a month.
Why does the price change with my revenue?
Because the expert review is a person, not a feature flag. A business turning over S$5M has more entities, more customers and more to unpick than a sole trader, so it takes longer to read properly.
What exactly is an expert review?
Once a month a qualified chartered accountant looks at your actual numbers, not a template, and writes back what they would do about them. Which client concentration to break up, which invoices to chase, whether the margin trend is a problem yet.
What if my revenue grows into the next band?
We move you at your next renewal and tell you before it happens. Nothing changes mid-month and there is no back-charging.
Can I cancel the expert review?
Yes, any month. Your dashboard carries on working exactly as before on the free plan, and you keep everything already written for you.
